My stay at Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa felt quite mixed. The initial room I received was in poor condition and did not meet my expectations. However, after addressing my concerns, I was upgraded to a spacious suite with a beautiful view, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's amenities and lobby are impressive, but the service and some aspects of the rooms left much to be desired.
